"Declaration of annulment of all guilty verdicts brought against the President of the Union, U Win Myint, State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and all the political activists including innocent members of the ethnic groups by various law courts. 1. From 1st February 2021 coup d’etat the terrorist military council had committed transgressions and violations such as arbitrarily detaining the nation’s heads of state the President U Win Myint, State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, Government officials, Union Ministers, political figures, democratically elected Members of the Parliament, and innocent members of the Ethnic Communities, on trumped up charges. The violations in some cases included torture and unlawful killings. 2. The terrorist military council committed a treacherous putsch by breaking all the democratic principles and the rule of law of the nation and betrayed the nation and its people by an armed takeover. Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG) therefore, have already openly declared the terrorist military council and its armed lackeys a terrorist group. 3. It is also to openly declare that the false accusations and concocted initial charges made on Union President U Win Myint, State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, and all political activists including all those innocent members of the Ethnic Communities are deemed invalid and thereby the verdicts made are null and void. 4. In the same theme, as the judges, law officers and the police force who are illegally serving under the terrorist military council since the coup are aiding and abetting their treacherous activities, we hereby give notice that appropriate actions will be taken under due course of law. 5. It is also noted that the terrorist military council is solely responsible for the transgressions and infringements of human and legal rights of the public by arbitrary detentions and indictments without due legal process.
